Understand the Client
What the company does, how big it is, the support skill level, and understanding unique needs are big factors in developing a solution. The better we understand our client, who they are, what they do, what they can do, and how they do it, the better we can customize the solution.
Understand the Requirements
How much availability is required? Does the client's business have seasonal demand peaks, for example? Are there remote locations? What does the client need the solution for?
Understand Time and Budget Constraints
There's nothing worse than designing a great solution....that is over budget. Or can't be done in the timeframe required. We take care to understand your time and budget contraints to create the best possible solution.
